Premature delivery weight?

HI, Due to some infection in my uterus I had to delivery a baby at 24 weeks of gestation...I gained around 30 lbs...will that be easy to loose these extra pounds or will it be difficult as I had premature delivery..?..with my first one I could reduce complete weight(it was full term delivery). Thanks
