Why do you never see detailed, scientific investigations of 'miracles' reported in real, juried scientific?

journals? Why, if 'miracles' exist, do we never see (for example) the Journal of Obstetrics with a feature article called "The Miracle of Birth", complete with lengthy and scholarly discussions of why human conception, gestation, and birth are utterly impossible without the miraculous intervention of a 'god'? You'd think scientists would be smarter than that, right?
