I am 26 weeks pregnant and with hpv.?

i was diagnosed with hpv that affect the cervical cells when i was 21 and they didi a colposcopy and byobsy..they turned i dont need no treatment..i just have to do my pap every 6 months..for 2 years to see if anything changes..so my pap they were all negative..and after that i just went back to normal anual paps.i am know 25 and got pregnant and when i went for my first preg checkup they did a pap test and i found that my hpv..came back again i am so confused cause 3 months before i did my pregn pap.. i had my anual pap and was negative..what can b happening to me? know my dr.send me to a displacia clinic at my 28 weeks of gestation..i am so worry for me and my baby..that i havent buy anything for my baby cause i dont know what can might happen..please any adviced..??
