Im not sure wat to do, plz help- i like this guy and.....?

im family friend with this guy and just a few weeks ago i had a crush on him and then i said nah i don't like him anymore and so one min i like him and the next i don't, im not sure wat to do. when we go to his house or he comes to mine we talk like we're friends but at skool he never talks to me let alone say hi. and im gonna see him next weekend , should i say hi to him at skool? i have no idea? but i really think hes hot and cute. so plz help me
